NeedPlanning provides general planning guidance based on publicly available UK permitted development rules. It does not constitute legal, architectural, or professional planning advice. You must always verify outcomes with your local planning authority before starting any work.

You are responsible for confirming whether planning permission, listed building consent, or other approvals are required for your specific property and project. NeedPlanning is not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by the tool.

NeedPlanning Pro is billed at £9.99 per month or £99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pro features include downloadable reports, pre-application letters, and saved project history.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

All content, branding, software, and materials on NeedPlanning are owned by NeedPlanning or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedPlanning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including financial losses, project delays, or enforcement action by a local planning authority.
