Your information is used solely to generate planning guidance reports and to improve the accuracy and quality of our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

NeedPlanning uses essential cookies only. These are required for the website to function correctly and do not track you for advertising purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate NeedPlanning:

• Anthropic API — to generate planning reports from your project details
• Stripe — to process Pro subscription payments
• postcodes.io — to validate UK postcodes and identify local planning authorities

We do not permanently store your personal project data. Information entered into the checker is used to generate your report and is not retained on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
